Any thoughts on how to fix this problem? I have reset the phone and iPad once already. When running just Safari, it shows as a horizontal line that moves with scrolling on some but not all websites. When Safari is open with another app, the navigation bar bounces to the top ⅓ of the screen and remains fixed. Happens on all websites. Using iOS 14.2, although it first started with iOS 14, on both iPad Air and iPhone 12 mini.

Since the iPad is fairly new, when you originally set it up or after erasing it, did you restore from a backup or was the device set up as new? We want to make sure that if a backup was used, the saved settings from it is not causing the issue.

Thanks. It’s a new iPad Air so I used the general erase and reset under settings, which reinstalled iOS. It occurs in both portrait and landscape mode.
