icloud account disabled in app store

My iCloud account says it’s disabled in the App Store and in iTunes. I tried to contact apple support but I’ve gotten nothing. I don’t know how to fix this problem please help

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
