Could not restore my iPhone se on my windows laptop and now I can't reset my passcode

need to reset my passcode and don't know how to to it?

already tired itunes and didn't work.

See if anything here helps.

If necessary, borrow a computer from a friend, or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
