I have macbook pro(13-inch, Mid 2012) version 10.10.5

my iTunes doesn't respond, and updates are not available

Is it possible to update software to the latest version?

itunes not downloading so on my macbook air I'm trying to download the itunes 12.8 as suggested by apply but when trying to install it says This update requires macOS version 10.13.99 or earlier. And I have already updated my software. Pls help!

software update Hi i have recently purchased a macbook air (mid 2013) from second hand and have been trying to update the software to bigmacsur latest version. The mac currently has version OS X 10.9.5 but having trouble to sign in to itunes as this is a requirement in order to proceed with the update. Any help will be very much appreciate.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and download Mojave or Catalina. That Mac model isn't capable of Big Sur.
