How do I turn off "live" feature of photos once I've uploaded them to icloud.com?

I have 500 photos within a folder on i-cloud.com and am trying to download them now. Some are dowloading as HEIC, some as MOV, and some as JPEG. I think to get them all to JPEG, I need to turn off the "live" feature but can't figure out how to do this now that the photos are on icloud.com. I know how to do this on my phone before uploading them, but too late for that option now. Help? Thanks!

Thanks! Yes, I figured that out. I ended up downloading them into the photos app on my Mac and then was able to select all of them and click off the "live" feature. Apple should really work on options like this within the icloud.com site.

When you click on the cloud with the downward arrow symbol, what option are you choosing -- Unmodified Original or Most Compatible?

Also, once synced to iCloud you cannot change the stored format, i.e. Live Photos. You will have to download from iCloud, "convert", then re-upload to iCloud to remove the Live portion.
