Hi, Demnisa.

We know your time is valuable, and we appreciate you taking the time to post in the Apple Support Communities.

We understand that you’re looking for help with blurry photos and a way to mirror the photos in the Camera app on your iPhone 7. We may be able to help! In regards to reversing the photos on your camera, iOS 14 did bring the mirrored selfie option, but it’s available on the iPhone XS, iPhone XR, and later.

Regarding your blurry photos, these tips may help:

  • Try taking a picture without your case and then take the same photo with your case. In some iPhone devices a metallic or magnetic case material can interfere with the optical image stabilization.

  • Try focusing on a certain object or person in the photo by tapping them on the preview screen. You should see the screen briefly pulse in and out of focus as the camera adjusts. Try and stay steady as you adjust the focus and see if that improves your photo quality.

  • Make sure the camera lens is clean. If you need to clean the lens, use a soft microfiber cloth. If you see dirt or debris inside the lens, it may be time to bring it in for service.
