I received an email about signing up and it keeps directing me to the 7 days free. When I bought my iPad I was supposed to get a year free.

Make sure to redeem the offer on your new Apple device, which may be a different device than where you received the message. Once you have the subscription, it will be available on any of your devices with the Apple TV app and signed in with the same Apple ID account.


If you qualify, and if you did as described in the guide, and you still do not get to see the year offer, then contact Apple Support. They can assist in getting you the service, if needed using activation codes.
