I am looking to purchase a used Apple Watch from an online seller, how do I make sure it’s not stolen??

There's no way to tell for certain(some crimes go unreported), but things to watch out for include it being listed as activation-locked, the sale being for an unusually low price, or a seller who won't give you contact information.
