iPhone stolen. Verification codes from Apple

I got my iPhone stolen a week ago, then changed my Apple ID pass.

Now I'm receiving constant SMS and mails from Apple that someone is trying to reset my password, and sending me a verification code. Literally like 10 times a day. I'm not falling for the phishing ones, but its so annoying and scary.

Is this going to keep forever? Is there any way to stop unknown devices trying to reset my Apple ID?

Since you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled, as long as they can't access one of your trusted devices, they can't get a code, and sign in. You should be okay.

Have you tried using Find My Phone to lock the phone?

Find My Phone - Lock and track your device using Lost Mode.

Yes, I locked it the day it got stolen.

But they are still trying to reset my password everyday. 10 emails & SMS from Apple sending me verification codes that someone is trying to reset my password.
