Apple TV 4K how to delete Netflix icon

I have an Apple TV 4K and I can’t get it to delete my Netflix icon on my Sony tv. I’ve spoken w Netflix already and ran through what he told me to no avail. Help??!!

It’s easy just press the icon until it jiggles then the play pause button for more options

I went to high school with twins by the last name of Paine. Thanks for your help. The area of expertise I lacked was knowing how to use the new Apple TV remote. I didn’t realize that the dark area above the icons helped me swipe up and down.
