Esim eats battery

After activating the esim battery drains simply in the night with screen time is zero. Is it normal ? Kindly explain. Im using iPhone 12

I use an eSIM and a Physical SIM on my iPhone Xs Max and there is no battery drain related to the eSIM.

ry and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

I checked for two nights with both sims on and the Esim off. The day in which both sims were on my battery drained 20 the whole night. The other day i turned off the line in esim my charge remained the same. What can b done for this. Thank you.
