Can I recover old backups that I accidentally deleted

i Recently upgraded phones to an iPhone 11 but my old phone was the IPhone 6s Plus. The phone was having major storage issues and was very frustrating so I went into the iCloud storage and didn’t realize what I started deleting. I then realized I had deleted a back up that sent my phone to a previous back up about 9 months prior. I lost a bunch of pictures and old texts messages and I wanna get them back
