Deleted Messages and Photos

My phone was gone through and most my stuff was deleted, things that were very important to me (personal information, passwords, messages, even photos, and now it's all gone. The problem is that the last successful backup was July 12, 2022. How, if any way, could I recover the missing items in my phone though I hadn't backed it up to iCloud in a little over a month.
