Am unable to download the new software update on my iPhone even when connected to a wifi with a full charge also. Please help.
With th the issue of unable to update new software on my iPhone, am unable to use many apps such as Google pay.

Did you try to update the phone, using a computer?
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If you are using Wi-Fi, your phone has to be charged, in order to keep the Wi-Fi connection active.
Also make sure, that no firewall or Anti-Virus software is blocking the network connection to Apple.
