Cannot download Catalina for my Macbook Air

I am trying to download Catalina for my Macbook Air (mid-2013) but cannot. Literally cannot find it in the App Store and nowhere available. I need this to transfer all data (automatically) from this computer to my new MacBook Air 2020. Any tips?

Can't download Catalina to iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2012) When I try to download Catalina to this iMac, I get a prompt stating it cannot be downloaded. I click "Learn More" but it doesn't give me any other information. So, why can't I download Catalina to my iMac (which means I can't download Creative Cloud either).

Cannot find Catalina 10.15 installer I need to upgrade my Macbook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) system from OS X Yosemite to Catalina 10.15. However I cannot find Catalina 10.15 in APP store (when I search macos I can only see the latest Monterey available to get, which is not compatible with my Macbook. Also I cannot open the related link in the apple support page: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT211683 to download Catalina. Is there any other way to download Catalina installer?
