Update 14.2 causing issues on iPhone X

Ever since the last update 14.2 my face ID isn't work and my camera doesn't load for a minute, it just has a black screen. I have shutdown and rebooted. Nothing changed. I have tried resetting my face id but get the screen: Face ID is not Available.

Really annoyed that I updated. Feel like this is just a way to get me to purchase another phone. Anyone know how to undo the updates??? Or fix the issue?
