iPhone X - latest update has wiped out Face ID and Camera,
Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know if there’s an update coming out soon?
Loathed to reload iOS as I’ve got so much stuff to setup and re-install if I do

The latest update did NOT wipe out Face ID and Camera. If it had done so there would be thousands or even millions of posts about it, not just yours. And it would be a headline in every technical news site and many general news sites. So most likely it is coincidence. Which of the following troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

- Restart the phone -->Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
