Kernel panic loop and not booting

My macbook pro 2018 15inch got effected with kernel panic and repeating in loop and now finally stopped with blank screen and response to no key patterns

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.0

Unfortunately this is likely a hardware issue. Try first just plugging in the power cord that came with the computer to the USB port, making sure you are using the correct wattage of at least 87W as labelled on the brick.

If that doesn't work, call AppleCare to have a look at the computer.

No commands are working. Both display as well as touchbar aren't even turning on. It's a hardware issue I know. It's caused by software in the first place.

Any idea how I can fix it at low cost without spending 1000$ at Apple?

If I get it repaired from a third party repairman, will my laptop still be covered in apple keyboard replacement without any issue?
