MBP 16" 2019 Kernel Panics!

Hi.

i have a MacBook Pro 16" 2019 with i9 and 16GB of memory

last couple weeks I started to have kernel panics

it happens randomly and sometimes it never happens for like days or a week

and sometimes it never turns on for a day

i tried to reinstall the OS from the recovery but also had kernel panic

it did panic in the safe boot too

I just wanna know the reason or at least if it’s a hardware issue?

please and thank you

.

.

.

I can try to provide new logs if needed

Kernel Panics are predominately caused by hardware faults or faulty third-party kernel extensions.
