Can I transfer my license to a different iLok

My iLok holds license for ProTools, FCP (other softwware) but I'd like to use my authorized LogicProX on a different computer...can I transfer that to a new iLok?

"Am I confusing the licensing policy of Apple with AVID/ProTools?". Yes. FCP and Logic are tied to an Apple ID.

Using the Apple ID used for the purchase, you can install and run Logic on any computer you own or control. Same applies to FCP. You may also be interested in Family Sharing.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I guess the question is: If I'm using FCP to edit video and have the authorization iLok plugged in there...can my son edit audio on his laptop? Am I confusing the licensing policy of Apple with AVID/ProTools? PT requires that specific iLok to be plugged in to the machine you're using. As long as I have an authorized user using Logic - can it be on any laptop?)
