iCloud Sign In Issues - MacOS Big Sur
Hello,
I recently had to reinstall the OS on my MacBook Pro. Since then I haven't been able to sign into iCloud. Initially I was getting a popup saying "an unknown error has occurred." I was able to get passed that by:
- removing the accounts from ~/Library/Application Support/iCloud/Accounts/ (per OSX Daily article)
- Going it Appleid.apple.com and removing the MacBook Pro from the list of signed in devices.
After that I was able to sign in and use my phone for 2FA. BUT, the sign in window just sat there with the little loading/processing wheel animation and would not progress any further.
Any help getting this machine fully signed in would be appreciated, thanks!
