Manage Storage button missing

The manage storage button is missing on my macbook air under AboutMy Mac and Storage. How do I access to manage storage?

Reducing clutter on MacBook Air I have 2 MacBook Airs one with 500GB and the other with 250GB storage. I use the same user account on both. The smaller storage size Mac has just about 4GB free space left. Can I delete Music, Pictures, Dropbox folder from the 250GB Mac without affecting the 500GB Mac, since I use the same user account on both? Thanks P

iCloud Drive download icon won't go away I just started using iCloud Drive on my M1 Mac (Ventura) and it seems to work great, except the cloud icon with the down arrow indicating that my files are only in the cloud will not go away. All of my files are downloaded - when I click the cloud icon, nothing happens. Ideas?

How to Clear System Data on Mac why my system data so huge? how can clear it? last year I bought iMac. use after 3months System data looks like this. 81GB..... i really don't understand why system data so huge? I also check it DaisyDisk hidden space is 78GB [Re-Titled by Moderator]
