Verification Failed - Error connecting to the Apple ID server

When I try and sign into my Apple ID on my iPhone XS iOS 14.1 I get the Verification Failed error. I have already found other posts that recommend a different connection and to double check your login credentials.

Here is what I have done so far:

• Rebooted the device - issue persists
• Change to a different Wi-fi network - issue persists
• I have no cellular plan, so I cannot try that.
• Signed into account on multiple different iOS devices to check my credentials -
  • iPad Air 2 iOS 12.1.1 - No issue on that device
  • iPhone 5s iOS 12.4.8 - No issue on that device
  • The two devices above were on the SAME NETWORK that my iPhone XS is still having issues on.

Please do not reply to this and tell me that my network or credentials should be checked. I have validated that the account in question is a non-issue by signing in on TWO different iOS devices on the SAME NETWORK. But for whatever reason, a very specific iOS device (iPhone XS iOS 14.1) will not allow me to log in.

Any help would be much appreciated.
