My iPhone 7 keeps randomly vibrating for ~3 second around 10x a day, at different times. I have my phone on Do Not Disturb and it will still vibrate. I also don’t have any notifications that pop up when it vibrates.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. It's understandable to be concerned when you can't identify a vibration. We'll do what we can to help.
Check your notifications for all your apps to make sure there isn't one that just set to 'Sounds' as it can also be set to only vibrate: Use notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
