Alert keeps popping up

Hello, I just got my new Iphone 11 today and i just transferred my SIM card from my iphone SE 2016 to my new phone. In doing so this message keeps popping up and i cannot get it to go away. The top marked out part is my actual phone number and the bottom part is my email associated with my apple ID. It doesnt matter if i press yes or no it keeps popping up periodically. What can i do to make it go away? I can send messages and facetime fine on my new phone. I dont see why this message keeps popping up. Thank you.

Hello, chnobles!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you would like to stop the message popping up to tell you your phone number is associated with Messages and FaceTime. Let's go to Settings and turn off Messages and FaceTime. Once that is done, Restart your iPhone and then turn Messages and FaceTime back on in Settings.

Next, check out this article to Update and be sure you have the latest iOS version installed on your device.

Let's also be sure Messages and FaceTime are turned off on the iPhone SE you are no longer using.

Let us know the results and have a wonderful day!
