MacBook Pro CPU Temp and fan speed

I have a 2012 MBP 15" non-retina and I was concerned that it was running a bit hot so I installed iStats X. My temp is ranging from 40-50* C with normal browsing and my fan speed is showing about 1400 RPM. Does this seem to be about normal or should I be concerned with either of these?

That's all very normal. Please read About fans and fan noise in your Apple product - Apple Support and Keep your Mac notebook within acceptable operating temperatures - Apple Support.
