i just bought 5tg seagate 2.5'' file system exfat. ipad doesnt see? 5gb support or not ?

How are you attempting to connect your SSD - and to what model of iPad/iPad Pro? Are you using an intermediate powered USB Hub, or attempting direct connection to the iPad?


Your iPad may have a Lightning or USB-C port. If using the former, you’ll need to use an appropriate adapter. In most cases, you’ll need to provide adequate external power when connecting USB Storage devices - as iPad is often unable to provide sufficient power to the connected storage device.
