change font size of menu bar mbp 16 inch 2020 running catalina?

Have a new MBP. I get how to change font size generally speaking, but the menu bar is pretty much still unreadable. How do I change the font size of the menu bar (and the dropdowns) plse?

How to increase font size in Menu Bar? Just got my new 27' iMac, with Big Sur. Copied everything over from the old iMac okay via a Time Machine backup. But! You can’t. You need to set the screen to a lower resolution so the UI elements are bigger.
