Not getting activity notifications and weekly summary

Hello,

I am not receiving the activity messages on my watch, messages like-

Check your Rings

You can still do it

You smashed it yesterday etc.

I am facing this problem since this month.

I have restarted my watch, restarted my iPhone and still not solved

Apple Watch Series 5, watchOS 7

Check your settings on the phone watch app here;

Tap on Activity and check;

Allow Notifications

Stand reminders

Daily Coaching

Goal competions

Special Challenges

and make sure they are all turned on.
