Wifi calling

I just got new iPhone 12 pro max. I have to be able to use wifi calling because I ave bad service at my house and this is my only phone. I have wifi calling on and it is connected to wifi but the wifi calling wont work. I have reset network setting, restarted phone and done the most recent up date and nothing.

What am I missing my old phone worked perfect and connected right away.
