I sent in my laptop for a non charging battery and it's been three weeks and the repair isn't even pending.

i understand with COVID everything is behind, but they've had it for three weeks and haven't even looked at it. I need the laptop for my job. Is anyone else having this issue?

My repair was started about 2 weeks ahead of yours and the repair hasn’t been started. It has been in the possession of the repair center for over 4 weeks..... insanity. I was quoted that it would be back in my hands within 7-10 days. I wouldn’t hold your breathe waiting for it.
I am sure you received some sort of RMA number and contact
info with your return so I would get in touch and start rattling
cages a bit (in a nice way). Quite often, it will be the squeaky
that will get the most grease. At the very least you may be able
to get the reason for the delay.
