I am trying to move the keyboard on my iPad back to the bottom of the screen (and no, I’m not sure how I inadvertently moved it to a small screen on the left). I looked for the keyboard tab to hold down as suggested, but it isn’t there. Please help!

You have the moveable mini keyboard showing.
To return the keyboard to full size, place your thumb and forefinger anywhere atop the small keyboard and spread your thumb and forefinger in an outward motion.

Touch-and-hold the “keyboard” key at bottom right of the onscreen keyboard; a menu will appear. Without lifting your finger, slide your finger to the “dock” option - and then lift your finger.
The onscreen keyboard will attach itself to the bottom edge of the screen.
Using your thumb and forefinger, spread them apart in a “Zooming in” motion. This should restore the full sized keyboard.

When you have your screenshot, attach it to your reply using the image attachment button (second from the right at the bottom of the message window of this webpage).
Once again, I repeat, my screen does not show the keyboard button.
it is about a 2” square, has the letters. Across the bottom it shows number key, emoji key, microphone key, space bar, and return. That’s it.
The “keyboard” key is not at the bottom of the onscreen keyboard.
