Itunes won't validate my Podbean artwork image!

I keep getting this error message: Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests.

I have resized the image a million times and I don't understand what the problem is.. HELP!

Your image is 1677 x 1500 px: it must be square. When you have a question please post the feed URL.; sometimes it's not possible to diagnose the situation without it.
