Artwork error submitting to iTunes - What am I doing wrong?

I'm submitting my podcast to iTunes, and it's giving me the error "Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests."

I've tried updating all of the pictures, and even had my graphic designer friend compress the image and make sure it's the correct dimensions. Help? I honestly have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

You're editing the wrong image. That's the image belonging to the episode, You need to edit the image in the 'itunes:image' tag in the top section of the feed, before the first 'item' tag - its URL is
