Can't upload podcast artwork

Hello,

I'm trying to validate my podcast on iTunes but I keep getting the error message, " Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests."

My artwork dimensions are

  • Dimensions: 1453 x 1453
  • Resolution: 279 x 279
  • It's in RGB colour space and is a JPG file.

Can someone help? This is my RSS feed as well -  https://feed.podbean.com/feministfutures/feed.xml

Thanks in advance!

Its dimensions are 1453 x 1452 px: it must be square. That's enough to get you rejected. However, things are a bit odd: although the link is to a .jpg file and when I enter the URL in a browser the image shows, if I drag it to to the Desktop (which shuld just save it out) it becomes a .webp image - .webp is a different image format and is not acceptable. I don't know how this comes about, or whether this is just somethingr which occurs when I access it: but Podcasts Connect must access it as a JPG or it won't be accepted.
