Lost airpod replacement

I ordered a replacement for my right AirPods, which I have lost. But it says that when my replacement comes, I have to send back the original AirPod. But I can't do that, when I have lost it?

I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly by using the "Contact Support" link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's web page and explain the issue to them.
