iMac with Fusion Drive (128GB Apple SSD + 2 TB EVO 860 installed by a certified Apple partner Gravis) < 300MB/s writing speed

Hi all,

I would expect at least 500MB/s.

What could be causing this poor performance?

(iMac 27", Retina 5K, Late 2014; Big Sur 11.0.1)

I must say I have the fusion drive split (SSD = 128GB / HDD 2TB) and, at most of the crashes, I didn't run something CPU / GPU / RAM intensive. I tried reinstalling MacOS but nothing changed. Should I downgrade the MacOS, rebuild the fusion drive or it's something else (maybe hardware bound)? I attach the last crash report.

iMac 27 2019 so slow after installing Ventura it is unusable iMac 5k, 27-inch, 2019 (iMac19,1) 3.6 Ghz 8-Core Intel Core i9 Radeon Pro 580X 8 GB 8 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 3 TB HD Fusion Drive Ventura 13.1 After installing Ventura, the computer is so slow - click and wait a few minutes for an app to open, etc. I have run Utility Disk Repair more times than I can count, including in Safe Mode. I have reinstalled Ventura a second time, and still no improvement. Is wiping the HD and reinstalling my only option? I am doing a Time Machine backup right now that has been running for hours. I'm hoping it will complete. Thanks for any help you can provide. Let me know what other info you might need to help. Dan

Samsung T7 running slow after Ventura's update Hi. I purchased a Samsung T7 hard drive some years ago and I usually used on my Mac mini with M1 chip without problem. The write and read speeds were between 500 - 600 mb/s. But, after I update to Ventura, the write speed dropped to 90mb/s. I tried formatting the drive, freeing up space, etc... Nothing worked. ¿There's something I can do? I need the hardrive for my work. Thank you
