Samsung T7 running slow after Ventura's update

Hi. I purchased a Samsung T7 hard drive some years ago and I usually used on my Mac mini with M1 chip without problem. The write and read speeds were between 500 - 600 mb/s. But, after I update to Ventura, the write speed dropped to 90mb/s.

I tried formatting the drive, freeing up space, etc... Nothing worked. ¿There's something I can do? I need the hardrive for my work.

Thank you

Run Disk Utility First Aid. Make sure it's formatted with APFS. Install the Samsung Portable SSD software for Mac. Download. Check the drive for firmware updates with the Samsung Portable SSD software.

Make sure you are connecting it directly to the M1 Mac mini on one of the two USB-C ports on the back.
