OIS for iphone 7 - camera breakdown

Dears,

I have my iphone 7 from 4 years. Last week a problem with rear camera started. It is a problem with optical image stabilization. No mater if I use a camera in photo or video mode, a lens goes round. Even if the phone is stable (no movements), the lens doesn’t stop. Sometimes it stops for a moment but then starts again going around. To describe it more detailed , the lens goes from left side to top then to right side, next to down and again to left. The lens is not going on a circle path but square (see attached photo)

I dismantled my phone but i did not notice anything suspicious around camera and their connection.

i was looking for deactivation of OIS in settings but it seems that it is no possible.

i can buy a second-hand camera and exchange it, but i am really not sure if it is defect of camera itself of other hardware like gyroscope.

i read about OIS in apple’s patents so i understood how movements of lens are done physically (coils, magnets, springs...) but in my case i am not sure if it is fault of this mechanism itself or some fake signals from gyroscope or other case ...

i thought to block physically the lens but don’t know if it can affect on control unit...

dears, any ideas how to fix it in a simplest way ?
