How to review a book on iBooks?

How do you rate a book? Can you leave a review? This isn't very apparent while on the iPhone in iBooks? Is this supposed to be hard to find?

Open the “Library” tab in your Books app. Once you have finished a book, click the three horizontal dots under the lower right corner of the book. Choose “Rate & Review”.
