Home Button Won’t Double Click

My home button can single click, triple click, but not double click. I have the new iPhone SE 2020. I tried turning on Accessibility so I could double click to clear my apps but even that won’t work. What should I do?

"Settings" app totally disappeared from my iPad! Hello. I have a very strange issue, but it is serious. While using my ipad (10th gen) I decided to go to Settings, but I noticed that it is not on my home screen, even in the App Library when I search for it! It is gone! The only way I managed to go in Settings is from the Search menu, which you can access by swiping down from the home screen. When I type "settings" there are popping up a few options, for example an accessibility setting. And that's the only way I can access to my Settings app. This is really scary, why this app will disappear from the App Library in the first place? I am uploading some screenshots so you can see exactly what I mean. I really hope there is some explanation and a fix for that. Please, help.
