So my airpod pros won’t reset I’ve tried holding down the button for the right time and over, I’ve took one or both AirPod out and try and it don’t work, I’ve changed them for over 10 hours and tried it and don’t work oh and when I hold down the button it does nothing but if the light turns off I press the button and it turns on the light. Can some plz help

Thanks for your response. Are you seeing an error message when you attempt to connect them? Are the AirPods no longer showing as an option to connect? To your knowledge, have the AirPods come in contact with liquid or have accidental damage?
If your AirPods are being connected to an iPhone, can you let us know the iOS version of the iPhone? Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is needed, let's go ahead and do that now: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
