Unexpected Shutdown and Date Change

My MacBook Air has unexpectedly shut down twice today. After the first shutdown the date and time changed to December 31 2019, so I reset the PRAM but it still shutdown the second time.

If anybody knows what's up/how to fix it please help

Resetting SMC could solve the issue.
