i have a new iphone 12 max pro with an otterbax case and an iQ wireless charger. with the case on,it wont charge but will. with the case off. is this normal with these phones or do i need an apple charger now too. this worked fine oniphone x
Ok figured it, not enough wattage, went to London Drugs, tries a 20 watt charger and worked through case no problem, guess its time for new again, thx Apple
