For the past week my move ring has not been moving accurately. It gets stuck around 20-45. Most of the time, my fitness ring surpasses my move ring and the move ring still doesn’t budge. I have completely reset my watch (repairing it as a new watch even) and turned on and off my phone. I have checked all settings and see nothing that has changed. I also have not changed my activity level and I normally close my red move ring daily. Any other suggestions?

having the same issue. I just went and bought a new watch and still having same issue.
also when I do any activity in the app; it severely discounts calories earned. Just started this week.

Ugh! I was thinking maybe it was something with the actual watch, too so almost bought a new one. Glad I didn’t! It’s still happening to me! 😭😭

I don’t pay much attention to the activity ring Bc I haven’t been exercising but it’s odd Bc it still moves about 15 mins/day on average even when the move ring only does about 34 cal total..makes no sense!
Also! I did a peloton ride and it said I burned 50 calories only! 😂
