It looks like the sparsebundle was unlocked so you may be able to run First Aid or fsck on the sparsebundle. You may want to use the command line to manually mount the sparsebundle in ReadOnly mode to access the data. I believe you will need to use the "hdiutil" to do this. If you cannot mount it ReadOnly, then try using a data recovery app such as PhotoRec, TestDisk, or Data Rescue, etc. I highly recommend you make a copy of this sparsebundle and work on the copy instead of the original since these apps may attempt to modify the image.

You should use the backup of this sparsebundle file (or from a backup you made of the contents of this bundle).

If you don't have a backup, then you can contact a professional data recovery service such as Drive Savers or Ontrack. Both vendors provide free estimates and both are recommended by Apple.

If you don't have a backup, then I highly recommend you start making frequent & regular backups of your important data.

What macOS is this associated with? Catalina will change .sparsebundle to .backupbundle.
