Since its launch I’ve never been able to use Apple ID sign in feature. I keep getting “Sign-up not completed” error every time i try to sign-in.
Tried searching the net but all answers are related to apple developer program.
Please help.

Spent one and half hours on the chat trying to resolve this issue... instead the operator told me to contact developer telephone support department: https://developer.apple.com/contact/phone/
so im left with the issue unresolved )
Device or computer? Where re you trying to sign in? Does the same thing happen when you try to sign in other places?
It' consistent on every device and every app... Apple sign in simply doesn't work for me...
Did you try contacting Developer Support?
