Loading circle

iPhone SE G2, constantly has a loading circle indicated next to my Wi-Fi symbol. Background refresh on apps is turned off; location services is turned off; I am on the master iOS 14.2 update.

The only time the symbol is not on is when I have Wi-Fi and cellular data turned off or in airplane mode.

Issue has been occurring for a month now.

Large WiFi symbol in middle of screen My wife’s iPhone 12 is getting a large WiFi symbol in the middle of the screen, all apps work, but when returning the Home Screen, have this large annoying sign in center. iPad Pro is hanging with a small little circle symbol moving Hi, My iPad Pro is just hanging with a small little circle symbol moving and no response when pressing any button. This problem happens after I tried to reset the Network Settings yesterday. After that it is no response when pressing any button and just hanging with a small little circle symbol moving. Is there anything I could do to get it working again? Best Jeff

Normal.

Do you have iCloud photos for example?

Mail will always be polling. Covid apps. Not all net traffic is open apps and they don’t always need background refresh turned on.
