Attempted to upgrade to Big Sur and failed. Now I'm trying to reinstall using Recovery mode and my mouse doesn't work. I haven't been able to use the keyboard to navigate to the "continue" button so I'm stuck on this page. Any advice?

Sorry to hear that. You may have a temporary Bluetooth issue. Now plug in your mouse into a USB port on the Mac and see if it's responding.

Does hitting the Return key do anything?
Did you try to use the arrow to tab keys on your keyboard to move the selection to "Continue" and press return?
Neither the tab or arrow keys will get me to the “continue” button on this screen.
Thanks. I was able to use a different wireless mouse rather than the bluemooth Mac mouse.
