iPad recent purchase cyber monday

Hi everyone, I recently bought an iPad from Apple on cyber Monday, and the promotion at the time was $140 gift card for Apple if I bought the iPad so I did, however after the purchase there has been no mention of this and no gift card or discount on my order...will it just ship in the box that my iPad come in? I’m confused as to when if ever I am going to get it.

I got an iPad Pro that had a $100 gift card for the purchase. It was emailed to me after the order was made ready for pick up. The problem is they also charged me $100 for the card. It was put on my Apple Card and then onto my credit card, where it is a pending charge. I've tried both chat yesterday and phone today and nobody can help except to transfer me elsewhere where there is a 30+ minute wait. Not at all happy with the process for the $100 or inability to get answers on the Apple credit card.

I noticed the same thing on my credit card statement today. Why am I getting charged for the gift card that was promised me during Black Friday? I'm being charged the regular price of the iPad Pro and the $140 gift card. Even though I got the gift card via email, this essentially means they did not have any incentive to buy on Black Friday and their promotions were falsely advertised.

Call your credit card company and open a dispute for this transaction. I spent 30 minutes on hold but it was resolved easily.

I tried to call Apple before I phoned my credit card company and the robot didn't even let me speak to a human because my issue wasn't important enough. So i highly recommend going to your Credit card company. Good Luck! This shouldn't have even happened but mistakes are mistakes.
